Groovi is keen on the confidentiality of users’ data, and maintains at all times the privacy of its users’ personal data. This information will not be disclosed unless requested by government agencies or to defend or protect the property rights of this application or its beneficiaries. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other collected data WILL NOT be used for anything outside of the Groovi application.  

 

Venue Posting Rules:

• Posts can only be made after a venue registers using a phone number and email.

• The venue must classify the post under the correct section.

• The venue must input the title and description of the post correctly without any misrepresentations.

• The venue accepts liability for posting information on the performing artist or event host. It is expected that the artist or event host has given approval to the venue for his/her information to be shared. The venue shall accept any legal liability for the sharing of artist or event host information with no liability to Groovi.

• Any uploaded post must not contain any illegal or obscene language or images and must not include content aimed at defaming persons or institutions.

• Venues shall respect other venues and users.

• Groovi has the right to block any venue and remove posts that do not comply with the app conditions. 

 

Groovi Rights:

• Under no circumstances, may the app’s content or data be attempted to be extracted. The content of this app is prohibited to be used in any other intellectual work or included in any electronic database. It is totally prohibited to resell, distribute, modify, translate or re-engineer the contents of this app in any form. Groovi reserves the full right to impose necessary restrictions to prevent any person or other websites from linking to or extracting the content of this app and website.

• It is also prohibited to re-engineer or disassemble the program used in the app in order to have access to the original program source code or the original structure of this app or website.

• Any attempt to violate these terms by any means will be considered as copyright violations and theft, which is punishable by law.

 

Assigning Rights for Placed Posts and Images:

• The venue is considered to assign the rights of the post and its attached images and videos to Groovi once uploaded to the app.

• Groovi reserves its right to reuse the images, videos and content posted as it sees fit.

 

Modifying the Terms and Conditions:

• Groovi has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. These modifications will be effective once posted to the app or website. Users should read these terms and conditions carefully and regularly to review any modification to them. Continuing the use of this app by the user after modifying the terms and conditions is an expressed approval of these modifications.

 

Deletion Account:

If you interact with our Services, you are given the opportunity to create an account with us. The creation of an account is based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent and/or delete your account by contacting us. The withdrawal or deletion of your account may have negative consequences on your user experience.
